There is a popular notion that leadership is a privilege meant to be enjoyed by certain gifted folks.  That is not true at all. Everyone has what it takes to cultivate good leadership qualities.  You need only to learn the secret, and when you know the secrets, then the right doors will open at just the appropriate time. If you want to become a great leader, then you should start doing these. 1. Be a mentor One of the principle obligations of a leader is training or coaching your workers. As a leader, you should cultivate trust and participation. Great leaders paint dreams without bounds that motivates the group to do whatever it takes to arrive at such achievements. What's more, as a mentor, you need to inspire actions that will help execute the organization's objective. And remember to treat everybody like you would need to be dealt with. 2. 5G and the Future of Humanity: Technology is advancing at a scary pace. Just decades after the advent of mobile phones, something impressively big has emerged. You know its name—5G. We can pretend for a moment that this is nothing, and that this, if it is anything, has nothing to do with us, that whatever the “people of the world” decide to do with their rotten lives   is none of our business; but it is not their lives they are playing with, it is our lives.
